KevinJ
Posted on behalf of the Calgary Vintage Racing Club... Calgary Vintage Racing Club will be having an information session in Calgary on September 17th for people wanting to learn more about Vintage Sports Car racing and the process of becoming a racer. If you know of anyone who might be interested, please being them along to the meeting or encourage them to attend. The Calgary Vintage Racing Club will be holding an information session on Wednesday September 17th at the Austrian Canadian Club located at 3112 - 11th Street N.E., Calgary. The session will start at 7:00pm and end around 9:00pm. We encourage people to come early and enjoy dinner with us. We plan on having a couple of CVRC members talk about what vintage racing is all about & how to get started in the sport. We will have on hand some of the safety equipment required and weather permitting, a vintage race car or two. We will also have some videos from vintage racing events. Please let us know via return email so that we have an idea of how many people we can expect. Thanks. Perci
Vintage is a cheap and safe way to go racing. When the GT classes got to 'serious' for my liking I moved to Vintage and had a great time. http://vintageracing.ca/ Quote Perci PCA DE Instructor 2014 Cayman S 2000 Boxster S 2000 Carrera 2010 Panamera 4S 1989 928GT Link to comment
