New Member BBQ - Aspen Crossing

Every year the club hosts a BBQ gathering to welcome new members into the Porsche family with open arms. All new & existing members are invited to join this day filled with fellowship, food & fun.
Our destination this year is Aspen Crossing. We will have our own private patio & indoor space at the Bergquist House Tavern to mingle over a BBQ lunch.
On the menu:
BBQ Pork Back Ribs (Vegetarian lasagna upon request - write in the comments below)
Mango tomato cucumber salad, Green beans, Red onion & corn, Roasted garlic parmesan potatoes
Strawberry shortcake for desert (Gluten-free chocolate cake upon request - write in the comments below)

Meeting Time: 9:00 am
Departure Time: Group 1 departs at 9:30 am, group 2 departs 15 minutes later.

RSVP: Please RSVP to help volunteers manage the group size. The restaurant requires all attendees to RSVP as the club is pre-paying for exact numbers.

No Show Notice: If you have RSVP'd for this event, please show up! The club is under contract to pre-pay for each person even if they do not attend. Last year, the new members BBQ had 10 no-shows.
