This is a more flexible venue so we don't have a firm cutoff.  However, if you could confirm by noon Tuesday the 3rd, it would assist the venue's space and staff planning.  Cheers.

Hi, my wife and I are new to the club and had a question on this event. Typically do we have dinner at the club and meet over dinner or is this eat before and meet after dinner ?

Howdy and welcome to PCA.  Generally we order our food first and hold the formal part of the meeting as the food is being prepared and/or served.  The formal part of the meeting generally lasts 15 to 20 minutes and finished before we are done eating.  This can very depending on how busy and quick the venue is or when we have a guest speaker, which is not the case this month.
