European Classic Car Show - Stanley Park

The European Classic Car Show is a wonderful lazy day of socializing with fellow car enthusiasts in a grassy park. Our club will set up two pop-up tents for shade. There will be food trucks there. Bring your folding chairs & snacks and enjoy the great company and hubub of the car show around you.
 

Date: Saturday, July 20

Location: Stanley Park - 4011 1A Street SW, Calgary

Time: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Registration starts at 8:00am and all cars must be placed on the field by 10:00am)

Hello, I read in a post of the previous European classic car show that the event organizer requested that PCA entrants arrive at the same time, do you know if that is also being requested this year? 

What time does usually the PCA group arrive to this event? I would like to arrive at the same time to help out with setting up the tents.

Cars are parked in order of arrival, but I get there slightly before 8 AM to help the VSCC organizers corral the Porsches into a pretty parking position. Help would surely be appreciated to set up the 2 tents & direct cars. If you can be there at 8 AM, that would be great!
