Nostrathomas
I’m selling my 2003 996 Targa. My plan was to enjoy it now and put it on the market next Spring, but I have a line on a new car, so I might as well mention it here in case someone wants something fun to take advantage of during the beautiful fall driving season. The glass Targa roof makes for a wonderful driving experience, not just for the club drives, but also around town. Specs: 2003 Targa Lapis Blue over Savannah Beige Manual Transmission Originally a US car, now in Calgary. ~109,000 KMs (~68K miles) European M030 suspension Schnell muffler IMS/RMS was done last year at Alpine. While not concourse level, I would say it’s excellent driver-quality car, with strong mechanicals, excellent Euro suspension, no IMS/RMS worries, and a really beautiful color combo of Lapis Blue over Savannah Beige. The glass Targa roof works great, and makes for a wonderful driving experience not just for spirited drives, but also around town. Interestingly the Targa is actually a pretty rare form factor for the 996. Out of about 175,000 cars, only 5K were Targas (compared to 104K Coupes, 65K Cabs, 22K Turbos). There are actually more GT3s. I’m not saying it’s the rarest car out there or anything, but you’d be hard pressed to find another 996 Targa in town! Asking price is $45,000 CAD. Feel free to DM me for more details/history. Quote 2003 996 Targa 1990 964 C2 (former) 2007 Cayman (former) Link to comment
