the smaller parts would be nuts, bolts, springs, smaller metal components etc from car or mcycle projects i may be rebuilding. for the steam cleaner i was looking at larger parts that require...

start with all the basics; compression? spark? fuel?
If compression is good Id replace the spark plugs and check the leads.........all good? what colour are the plugs?
