NOTICE TO OUR SUPPORTERS

With great excitement we announce:

MOUNTAIN VIEW COUNTY HAS APPROVED OUR DEVELOPMENT PERMIT!

This was the final major milestone for RMM to clear. So what’s next?

We are in the final phases of finishing touches on the track and infrastructure, construction engineering drawings, and contracts for construction packages.

The final Development Permit included minor revisions that will lead us to a ground breaking ceremony in August. This will include earth work on the track, paddock, sound berms, infrastructure roads, and storm water management, plus other site specific infrastructure. This work will set us up for a quick start on kerbs, paving, and track support systems first thing in the spring. The schedule allows us significant construction during the fall and a full track opening in mid/late spring of 2020.

We continue to receive a lot of interest in the car condos/garages, which you can register for on our website. For those interested in garages, they will progress under a separate process for start of construction in 2020.

We are pleased to offer you an exclusive, limited opportunity to participate as a vision leader by purchasing a membership during this pre-construction period—available only until ground breaking. Membership programs and options are included on the following page for your consideration. Note: we are introducing enhancements that address future value and reduced deposit requirements.

So nice to see the track moving forward...hopefully no one finds that it is built on the ultra-rare Barking Tree Frog habitat!

WHAT!!!..........the Barking Tree Frog; the Ministry of Frog Protection would have to add their special taxes to ensure all their protection rights are observed commonly known as the 'Tadpole Protection Levy'.

  • 10 months later...

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if there has been an update/ progress on the Rocky Mountain Motorsports track? I saw an article in the Herald back in January stating they were looking to begin groundwork shortly after the snow melted but with Covid ongoing I assume that timeline has been pushed back. I was hoping someone on the forum might know more, thanks.
