KevinJ
Your PCA leadership team is closely monitoring the COVID-19, Coronavirus situation. We understand members planning to register or who have already registered for Parade have concerns. In all things we do, first and foremost is the health and safety of our members, volunteers, employees and sponsors. As you have seen and heard, a large number of events have been cancelled or rescheduled in an effort to mitigate the risk of contracting and spreading COVID-19. We are consulting with convention industry professionals and monitoring health organizations for direction and recommendations. We are also working closely with our host hotel who is proving to be well equipped to deal with elevated personal hygiene and personal space requirements. We remain hopeful that the 65th Annual Porsche Parade will continue as planned and your planning committee remains fully engaged in preparing for this PCA signature event. Based on our assessment of the quickly evolving situation we have made the following adjustments to Parade registration: · Phase I Registration (General Registration and Housing) remains open. · Phase II Registration (Banquets, Events, & Activities), will be delayed one month, to open Tuesday April 28th at 12:00pm (noon) EDT. · Phase II Registration Webinar will be delayed one month to Tuesday, April 14th at 9 pm EDT / 6 pm PDT. This webinar will guide you through the Phase II Registration process. You can register for the webinar at https://register.gotowebinar.com/regist…/5343237689061043724 · Parade entrants may now cancel their registration without penalty up to June 15th, six days before Parade opening.
