KMR 968 Turbo
Sad thing is with the money I spent fixing the engine in ours I could have bought this one and had $10k to spare. *sigh* Good luck with the sale. Looks like a good vehicle. Quote Link to comment

KMR 968 Turbo
to confirm "Complete wiring/harness replacement (winter 2020)" was there a fire? My guess is they had a bunch of random codes being thrown up that lead to replacement of the wiring harness. I am going through the same thing on my rebuild. We just replaced the fuse box hoping that would fix it. I know prior to the engine destroying itself the Webasto heater was not working and was told by the dealer that the two computers were not talking to each other. It appears wiring could be a problem and that is why I think they replaced the harness. That was my experience with the same year, make, model, options, color, features. LOL But best if the owner gives their feedback. Quote Link to comment
ErikA
to confirm "Complete wiring/harness replacement (winter 2020)" was there a fire? Basically, what other Erik said. No fire. Wouldn't start one day and was showing codes, so he towed the car to Tunedub where George diagnosed the issue as a bad harness. Replaced the 10 YO batt and soldered a couple of wires, good for another 300k! BOT, I do have a friend interested, Ive passed on this thread, GLWTS Quote '21 Macan GTS PDK Miami Blue/Black, 7k kms '93 928 GTS 5 speed Polar Silver/Linen, 192k kms '88 928 S4 A/T Black/Ivory, 190k kms '09 Cayenne GTS Tiptronic Nordic Gold/Black, +336k kms '88 928 S4 A/T Red/Champagne, 110k miles (US car) Link to comment
