Danielle
Hi everyone! The 2014 Events Calendar is Complete! This year's format will be slightly different than previous years. Instead of 1 person leading all the drives, I am seeking volunteers to help share the load. Each member of the executive will lead one. Five drives are open for volunteers. What does the volunteer do? The volunteer is responsible for leading the drive and making sure everyone signs the waiver. The tour's starting point, general destination & dates are already selected. The volunteer can choose a route and add their own flavor to the tour if desired. Optional: Immortalize your day by writing a small article to post online under "Photos of Past Events". To make the day as smooth as possible, I'll forward the PCA event guidelines for your review. It has suggestions to help ensure a successful event. Driving events: Season Opener Sunday May 25: Brodie & Danielle New members BBQ Saturday June 7: Mark & Yvette Longview Lunch Sunday June 29: Rick Chain Lakes Coffee Stop Sunday July 13: Martin & Christina Sharks on Ice Kananaskis Sunday July 27: We need you! Danielle
Hi Henry, Registration is not required to attend an event. As long as you're a member in the Wild Rose Region, simply show up & enjoy! See you soon! Quote Link to comment

Tony, I've been bringing my daughter out to car club events since she was four years old. Over the years, she's been my car club buddy and navigator. We've enjoyed many great father/daughter 'dates' together, we've both made some good friends, and we have shared a lot of great bonding experiences. She's 16 now, and still looks forward to spending her (very) precious weekend time with her Dad at these events. Looking forward to meeting both of you at Sunday's season opener! AmyS
Hi Danielle, Do you have an estimated time for tomorrow's run (chain lakes). Would love to attend but need to be back in town by around noon. Come to think of it, any chance you could include estimated time for future drives? That would be so helpful Thanks. Amy Quote Link to comment

Amy Hi Amy, Including an estimated time is a great suggestion for the future. We'll be sure to implement that! The Chain lakes trip would be about 3 hours return. Quote Link to comment
